Who this is about

WakeyCall is a wake up call service published by Ultragames Entertainment (Aabhas Agarwal), Android package com.samsonice.wakeycall. This page is how you get your account and your data removed.

The fastest route: in the app

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Delete account. There is no waiting period and no confirmation email — the account is gone when the screen returns.

If you have uninstalled the app

Write to aabhas@ultragames247.com from any address, with the phone number you signed up with, and ask us to delete the account. We will confirm the number belongs to you, delete everything, and reply to say it is done — within 7 days, and usually the same day.

What is deleted

Your profile: your phone number, your first name if you gave one, and your timezone.

Your alarms and schedules, and every module choice attached to them.

Every call record: when we called, whether you answered, how long it lasted, and the transcript of what was said.

The rolling summary the voice uses to remember your recent mornings.

Every journal entry.

This deletion is immediate and it is not reversible. We keep no backup copy that we can restore for you afterwards.

What is kept, and for how long

Records of payments — that a subscription was bought, when, and for how much — are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, because we are not allowed to delete them on request. They hold no call content and no transcript.

Call recordings held by our voice platform expire on their own within 90 days of the call. Deleting your account removes the transcripts and everything that pointed at those recordings; the audio files themselves age out on that 90-day clock. Ask us and we will delete them sooner.

Your subscription itself lives with the store you bought it from. Deleting your account here does NOT cancel it: cancel in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions, or in your Apple ID settings, or write to us for a web purchase.

Anonymous, aggregate counts — how many calls were placed on a given day — survive deletion because they can no longer be connected to you.

Just some of it

Delete a single journal entry from the Journal screen in the app, and it is gone without touching the rest of the account.
